2) Developing operational excellence by implementation of service process and policies.
3) Manage and nurture the relationship with the client during all phases of the sales cycle.
4) Plan Marketing activates for Lead Generation.
5) Fulfil the requirements of Franchise Partners to grow the revenue.
6) Maintaining the CRM and other sales tools
7) Cross-Functional Collaboration
8) Remuneration Management
9) Provide sales support and guidance to Partners, including training on sales tools, processes, and techniques.
10) Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and finance, to ensure alignment and seamless coordination in achieving sales objectives.
11) Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for business growth and stay updated on industry trends.
