Job Description

  • Provide dedicated technical support to VIP clients, including troubleshooting Laptop, Desktop, MAC, software, and network issues
  • Manage and resolve incidents and service requests promptly and efficiently
  • Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through effective communication, follow-up, and proactive issue resolution
  • Collaborate with other IT teams and departments to resolve complex technical issues
  • Document all support activities, client interactions, and issue resolutions in the service management system
  • Provide training and guidance to VIP clients on the use of IT systems and applications
  • Stay current with the latest technology trends, tools, and best practices to provide innovative solutions to VIP clients
  • Expert-level knowledge of Windows/macOS and Microsoft 365
  • Strong troubleshooting skills under time pressure
  • Knowledge of security, encryption, MFA, and executive-level data handling
  • Excellent communication, discretion, and professionalism
  • Ability to work beyond standard hours when required
  • Be proficient with English while coordinating with user
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of VIP client information and data.
