We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Villa Training & Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage training programs for villa staff across operations, service standards, and guest experience.
• Identify skill gaps and create development plans to enhance performance and productivity.
• Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives for new and existing employees.
• Work closely with operations and management teams to align training with business goals.
• Monitor training outcomes and provide feedback for improvement.
• Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and professional growth.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 3–5 years of experience in training, hospitality, or villa/property management.
• Strong understanding of service standards, operational processes, and team development.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Compensation:

• Competitive salary around ₹50,000 per month, depending on experience.
