• Shoot short-form social videos (Reels / Shorts / UGC clips) using phone / mirrorless as briefs require.
• Assist the social & content team on-set: frame shots, operate gimbal, hold lights, capture B-roll.
• Do quick edits: rough cut, trim, add subtitles/captions, basic color correction; export platform-ready files (9:16, 16:9, 1:1).
• Repurpose long-form footage into multiple short variants.
• Maintain on-set backup workflow (ingest → 2× copy → upload to shared drive).
• Propose hooks, shot ideas and simple transitions to boost retention.
• Keep equipment/kit organised; report consumables/repairs.

• 0–2 years (internship / freelance) with 1 sample short-form reel —

• Comfortable shooting on smartphone + basic gimbal / camera skills.
• Basic editing skills (CapCut / VN / Premiere / mobile editors).
• Good sense of mobile-first framing, pacing and captions.
• Fast turnaround, responsive to feedback, collaborative.
• Available to join immediately and work 6 days/week from Sector 27 office.

• Experience coaching creators/non-professionals on camera.
• Basic lavalier mic placement & audio monitoring knowledge.
• Familiarity with trending hooks and social formats.
