About the Role

creative and energetic Videographer

Key Responsibilities:

Event Coverage

• Capture on-ground student events, activities, and key moments in real-time with a dynamic, engaging style.

Content Creation

• Develop high-quality video content for social media, marketing campaigns, internal communication, and post-event highlights.

Pre-Production Planning

• Collaborate with the Community and Marketing teams to brainstorm concepts, plan shoots, prepare scripts or shot lists, and organize equipment.

Reels & Short-Form Content

• Create quick-turnaround, impactful short-form videos (e.g., Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) to drive social media engagement.

Student Stories & Testimonials

• Film and produce video interviews/testimonials with students, staff, and partners to humanize and highlight the ELEVATE experience.

Asset Management

• Maintain and organize video files, footage libraries, and backups for easy retrieval and reuse.

Creative Experimentation

• Bring fresh ideas and experimental formats to help us continuously improve our content appeal and storytelling style.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Film, Media, Communication, or related fields
• 1+ years of videography and video editing experience (preferably in event coverage, lifestyle, or student-oriented content)
• Strong sense of visual storytelling, timing, and pacing
• Familiarity with camera equipment, lighting, audio setups, and post-production workflows
• Ability to work independently and under tight timelines
• A collaborative mindset and flexibility to work during events, including evenings and weekends
