Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and creative Videographer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire shoot process, from pre-production to production, while also contributing creatively during post-production. You should have a strong understanding of angles, lighting, and a storytelling mindset, with the ability to visualize and elevate the final output.

Responsibilities:

Pre-Production:

• Work with the creative and marketing teams to understand the concept and goals.
• Plan shoot schedules, locations, and create shot lists.
• Conduct location recce and assess lighting and camera setup possibilities.
• Prepare and test equipment prior to each shoot.

Production:

• Capture high-quality video content using professional camera equipment.
• Apply knowledge of camera angles, lighting setups, and framing to enhance visual storytelling.
• Ensure consistent visual aesthetics throughout the shoot.
• Manage on-site audio and visual setup (where applicable).

Creative Involvement:

• Offer creative input and suggestions during and after the shoot.
• Work closely with editors and post-production team, especially for footage you've shot.
• Take ownership of the visual direction and propose ideas to improve video quality and engagement.

Tools & Software Knowledge (Required):

• Cameras & Gear:
• DSLR / Mirrorless cameras (Sony, Canon, etc.)
• Gimbals/Stabilizers (e.g., DJI Ronin)
• Tripods, sliders, lighting rigs, reflectors
• Software:
• Adobe Premiere Pro (basic to intermediate editing)
• Final Cut Pro (preferred but not mandatory)
• Adobe After Effects (basic understanding is a plus)
• DaVinci Resolve (for color grading – a plus)
• Sound syncing and basic audio clean-up tools

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in videography or related creative field.
• Deep understanding of camera operations, lighting setups, and storytelling through video.
• Ability to manage end-to-end shoot logistics.
• Strong visual and creative sense; ability to work independently and with teams.
• Comfortable with tight deadlines and fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
