Job Title: Videographer & Video Editor Location: Kolkata Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Contract Experience: 1–3 years (Freshers with a strong portfolio may apply) Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and passionate Videographer & Video Editor to join our team. You will be responsible for capturing compelling visuals and crafting engaging video content that aligns with our brand's storytelling, marketing, and communication strategies. --- Key Responsibilities: Videography: Plan, shoot, and direct video footage for campaigns, interviews, promotional content, events, reels, YouTube, and more. Operate video equipment including DSLR/mirrorless cameras, gimbals, lights, and audio gear. Scout locations, set up lighting and backgrounds, and ensure quality footage under various conditions. Collaborate with the creative/marketing/content team to understand video requirements. Video Editing: Edit raw footage into polished, high-quality videos using editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.). Add music, sound effects, transitions, motion graphics, and basic animations. Optimize videos for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.). Maintain consistent style, pacing, and storytelling throughout all videos. --- Required Skills: Proven experience with videography and video editing (portfolio/showreel required). Strong knowledge of video production processes and camera operations. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop). Understanding of aspect ratios, resolution, color grading, and audio sync. Good sense of visual storytelling, composition, pacing, and timing. --- Preferred (Not Mandatory): Experience with YouTube or social media content creation. Knowledge of photography and photo editing. Drone videography (with license, if applicable). Ability to shoot in both studio and outdoor conditions. --- Soft Skills: Creativity and attention to detail. Ability to take feedback and work in a collaborative team environment. Time management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
