Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Executive who is not only skilled in online marketing but also has hands-on experience in operating drones, content shooting, video editing, creating reels, managing social media platforms, and graphic designing. This is an exciting role for someone who enjoys both creative storytelling and strategic digital growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Drone Operation & Content Creation
• Capture aerial footage of sites, projects, and events using drones.
• Shoot high-quality photos and videos for promotional and branding purposes.
• Content Production & Editing
• Edit videos, photos, and create engaging reels for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Develop visually appealing marketing creatives, graphics, and presentations.
• Social Media Management
• Manage and grow the company’s presence across all digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Plan, schedule, and publish engaging posts aligned with brand objectives.
• Monitor analytics and track performance of campaigns.
• Graphic Designing
• Design creatives, brochures, social media posts, and promotional material.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual content.
• Digital Marketing
• Run paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
• Optimize SEO/SEM for better online visibility.
• Research trends and competitors to implement innovative marketing strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Media, Design, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or related role.
• Hands-on experience with drone operation and video shooting.
• Proficiency in video/photo editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Knowledge of SEO/SEM and digital ad campaigns is an added advantage.
