Videographer & Editor

About the Role

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Videographer & Editor to plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content that elevates our brand and engages our audience. The ideal candidate is comfortable working from concept to final delivery and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Video Production

• Plan, shoot, and produce professional video content for marketing, social media, events, product features, interviews, and campaigns.
• Operate cameras, lighting, audio equipment, drones (if applicable), and other production gear.
• Conduct on-site and studio filming, ensuring strong composition, lighting, and sound quality.

Video Editing

• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, compelling final videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
• Add motion graphics, titles, subtitles, transitions, color correction, and sound design as needed.
• Adapt content into multiple formats for social media, web, and advertising.

Creative & Pre-Production

• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop video concepts, scripts, and storyboards.
• Bring fresh, innovative ideas to improve storytelling, branding, and content quality.
• Manage video asset organization, file storage, and archiving.

Project & Workflow Management

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Ensure all video deliverables align with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
• Stay current with industry trends, editing techniques, and new equipment/technology.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a videographer and video editor (portfolio required).
• Strong proficiency in editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, etc.).
• Skilled with professional cameras (DSLR/mirrorless/cinema), lighting setups, and audio recording.
• Strong understanding of cinematography, color grading, and video storytelling.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication, time-management, and organizational skills.
• Drone certification (optional but a plus).
• Experience creating short-form content for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts (preferred but not required).
