Job Description:

We are looking for confident and enthusiastic Telecallers to handle customer calls, generate leads, and support sales activities. The role requires good communication skills, patience, and the ability to follow calling scripts effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.
• Explain products/services clearly and professionally.
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable information.
• Generate leads and update the lead tracking system.
• Follow up with interested customers regularly.
• Maintain daily calling reports and call logs.
• Support the sales team in converting leads.
• Handle inbound calls and resolve basic queries if needed.

Requirements:

• 12th Pass / Any Graduate can apply.
• Freshers or 0–2 years experience in telecalling/customer service.
• Good communication skills in English and local language.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, CRM entry).
• Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking skills.
• Ability to meet daily/weekly calling targets.
