Description
As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will play a crucial role in managing the technical relationship with Google's largest advertising clients and product partners. Your responsibilities will involve leading cross-functional teams comprising Engineering, Sales, and Product Management to utilize emerging technologies for external clients/partners. Your expertise will be instrumental in overseeing the technical execution and business operations of Google's online advertising platforms and product partnerships, from initial concept design and testing to data analysis and support. In this role, you will be expected to strike a balance between business objectives and technical constraints, providing innovative and cutting-edge solutions while acting as a trusted partner and consultant to your collaborators. Your tasks will include developing tools, automating products, driving technical execution and business operations for Google's partnerships, and contributing to product strategy by prioritizing projects and resources effectively. The gTech Ads Customer Support division is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences to advertisers and sales teams. This involves resolving issues related to various Google Ads products such as Search, Apps, Video, DV3, Policy, and Billing. As part of the Titanium and Gold LCS Support team within gTech Ads Customer Support, you will focus on providing tailored solutions for sales teams and advertisers in these segments, enhancing their troubleshooting experience and overall results. You will collaborate with Sales, Go-To-Market (GTM), vendors, Scaled Delivery Management (SDM), and Engineering teams at Google to develop tools and services that align with the evolving needs of customers. Your key responsibilities will include prioritizing and delivering exceptional customer service at every stage of the customer journey, resolving issues for Google's advertisers, Sales teams, agencies, and partners. You will also be responsible for learning about AI-powered Ads products, supporting Apps, troubleshooting technical product issues, applying product knowledge to resolve technical customer concerns, and executing strategic projects to enhance customer experience. Furthermore, you will be involved in developing tools and automation for improved diagnostics, data fixes, and debugging, either independently or in collaboration with Product Engineering teams. Your role will also entail providing valuable partner feedback to internal cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, and Business Solutions, to enhance product feature offerings. By analyzing data and insights, you will create actionable plans to address issues at their root cause for customers, focusing on areas such as knowledge management, operational improvements, account reviews, and product adoption.,
