Experience in technical product support, cloud support, quality engineering, or site reliability engineering will be advantageous for this role. Your responsibilities will include prioritizing and delivering outstanding customer service throughout the customer journey, troubleshooting complex technical product issues, and applying product expertise to resolve technical customer issues. You will also be involved in developing tools and automation for better diagnostics and debugging, as well as providing feedback to internal cross-functional teams to improve product feature offerings.
