Video & Social Media Marketing Executive (Part-Time)

Skinjoy Clinic is looking for a Video & Social Media Marketing Executive who is skilled in both video editing and script creation alongside managing social media growth. The ideal candidate should be creative, strategic, and passionate about digital marketing in the beauty and wellness domain.

You will work closely with Dr. Khan and the clinic team to conceptualize and edit videos, develop content scripts, and market them effectively across social media platforms to boost visibility and engagement.

• Edit videos (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Stories, Educational Videos) with engaging hooks, captions, and graphics.
• Draft scripts and creative outlines for short-form and long-form video content.
• Develop a social media posting plan aligned with clinic services and brand goals.
• Manage publishing and engagement on Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Research trending content ideas in skincare and wellness, adapting them for clinic branding.
• Optimize videos and posts for audience retention and reach.
• Track content performance and share insights for improvement.
• Collaborate with clinic staff for photoshoots, educational snippets, and patient stories.

• Proven experience in video editing (knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Final Cut, or Adobe Suite preferred).
• Ability to write engaging short scripts or captions for digital storytelling.
• A good eye for design, formatting, and on-screen presentation.
• Understanding of social media growth tactics, especially YouTube and Instagram.
• Strong written communication in English (command of Hindi/Bengali preferred).
• Passion for skincare, beauty, wellness, and digital media.
• Self-driven, reliable, and able to work 12–18 hours per week.

• Compensation: ₹8,000 per month (initial 3 months probation, performance-based continuation).
