Position: Social Media Manager (Part-Time)

Location: Remote / New Town, WB preferred

Job Summary:

Are you passionate about social media, digital content, and driving virality? Skinjoy Clinic seeks a creative and energetic Social Media Manager to curate, manage, and grow our online presence. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with Dr. Khan and the clinic team to research, strategize, and post resonant content that stands out.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a creative social media strategy for clinic brands and initiatives
• Curate, design, and schedule engaging posts (images, reels, stories, campaigns) on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and others
• Monitor trends to create viral content relevant to skincare, wellness, and beauty
• Interact with the online community, respond to comments, and facilitate brand engagement
• Use analytics to measure content performance and recommend improvements
• Collaborate occasionally with clinic staff for photoshoots, testimonials, and educational posts
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media tools and best practices
• Maintain a consistent brand voice that reflects Skinjoy Clinic’s values

Requirements:

• Enthusiasm for digital marketing, beauty, wellness, and community engagement
• Proven experience managing social media channels (portfolio or examples preferred)
• Ability to create visually appealing and educational content
• Excellent written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali (Preferred)
• Self-driven, reliable, and responsive to feedback
• Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a bonus
• Flexible schedule with capacity for 12–18 hours/week
