Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Video Production Intern to join our team. The intern will assist through all phases of video creation—from concept and planning through to editing and final delivery. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience, build your portfolio, and learn in a fast-paced digital media environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in pre-production: brainstorming ideas, creating storyboards, writing scripts.Help plan shoots (location scouting, scheduling, arranging talent/props/equipment).Set up and operate video equipment: cameras, lights, microphones etc.Shoot video content, including B-roll, interviews, event coverage, etc.Assist in post-production: editing, color correction, sound mixing, motion graphics or graphics overlays as required.Organize, manage, and maintain media assets (raw footage, audio, graphics).Convert and format content for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).Assist with and learn about live video production (if applicable).Support the team with administrative tasks related to video projects (booking, managing equipment, post-production coordination).Stay up-to-date with video trends and tools; contribute creative ideas to improve content.

Qualifications / Required Skills

Currently pursuing (or recently completed) a degree or diploma in Film, Mass Communication, Media Studies, Visual Effects, Multimedia, or related field.Basic proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve etc.).Familiarity with motion graphics tools is a plus (e.g. After Effects, Blender etc.).Understanding of camera equipment, lighting, audio capture.Good storytelling sense and attention to detail.Strong organizational skills; ability to manage media files, timelines, and deadlines.Good communication and teamwork skills.Must be eager to learn, able to take direction, and adapt quickly in a creative workspace.
