Video Production Assistant

We are searching for a passionate and imaginative Video Production Intern who is enthusiastic about visual storytelling and eager to enhance their skills in a real-world, agency-style work environment. This internship offers hands-on experience in planning, shooting, editing, and publishing digital video content for social media, websites, and campaigns. As a Video Production Intern, your responsibilities will include assisting in planning and executing video shoots both in-house and on-site, operating camera equipment to ensure quality footage, editing raw footage into high-quality video content using software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools, adding effects, transitions, and basic motion graphics, collaborating with creative, social media, and marketing teams, ensuring video content aligns with the brand tone and campaign goals, and staying updated with current trends in video content across various platforms. The ideal candidate should possess basic knowledge of video production, editing, and camera operations, be familiar with editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc., have a creative eye for framing, pacing, and storytelling, be able to work independently as well as in a team, demonstrate strong time management skills, and show willingness to learn. Additionally, a degree or diploma in Media, Visual Communication, Film, or related fields is preferred. As part of this internship, you will receive an Internship Certificate upon completion, work on real client projects to build your portfolio, participate in learning sessions with experienced media professionals, receive a performance-based stipend after 6 months, and have the opportunity for full-time placement based on your performance.
