Job Description

As a Video Production Assistant, you will be playing a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of live shoots and production activities in a creative and fast-paced environment. Your key responsibilities will include: - Assist in planning and executing live shoots, ensuring all production requirements (Casting to video delivery) are met on time. - Organize, maintain, and transport production equipment to shoot locations. - Coordinate with location owners, secure permissions, and ensure locations are ready for shooting. - Manage the setup and teardown of equipment, props, and other shoot essentials. - Provide on-set support to the production team, including handling miscellaneous tasks to keep shoots running smoothly. - Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and materials. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelors degree or relevant certification. - Prior experience in production or a similar role is a plus. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines. - Basic knowledge of production equipment and processes. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - A valid driver's license and bike.,
