Video Production Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot Coordination

  : Support the planning and execution of live shoots, ensuring all requirements (from casting to video delivery) are met on time.

• Equipment Management

  : Organize, maintain, and transport production equipment to and from shoot locations.

• Location Management

  : Coordinate with location owners, secure necessary permissions, and ensure locations are production-ready.

• Logistics Support

  : Assist with setup and teardown of equipment, props, and other production essentials.

• On-Set Assistance

  : Provide hands-on support to the production crew, helping manage tasks that keep the shoot running efficiently.

• Administrative Support

  : Maintain production schedules, call sheets, and equipment/vendor inventories. Coordinate payments with BOA and finance teams.

• Vendor Coordination

  : Work with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Media, Communications, or a related field (or relevant certification).
• Prior experience in production or a similar role preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask under deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of video production equipment and processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A valid driver’s license and access to a two-wheeler is required.
