Responsibilities:

• Content Creation:

  Produce high-quality video content for all of our social media channels, with a primary focus on Instagram (Reels, Stories, posts) and YouTube (short-form and long-form videos).

• Full Production Lifecycle:

  Manage the entire video production workflow, including brainstorming, storyboarding, shooting, editing, and post-production.

• Shooting:

  Operate professional camera and audio equipment to capture compelling footage in various settings, including our office, on-site locations, and events.

• Editing:

  Use industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to assemble, color grade, and mix audio for all video content.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with the social media manager and marketing team to ensure video content aligns with our brand's voice, aesthetic, and campaign goals.

• Trend Analysis:

  Stay up-to-date with the latest social media video trends and platform updates to keep our content fresh and relevant.

• Asset Management:

  Organize and maintain a digital library of video assets, including raw footage, project files, and final exports.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a video producer, videographer, or video editor, with a strong portfolio of work.
• Expertise in operating professional camera equipment (e.g., DSLRs, mirrorless cameras) and lighting setups.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• A solid understanding of social media platforms, their content formats, and what drives engagement.
• Excellent storytelling and visual communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Experience with motion graphics and visual effects is a plus.
