Role Overview

Video Team Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the video production team (editors, videographers, interns, and crew)
• Plan, direct, and execute video shoots including lighting, camera angles & set design
• Review and supervise video edits across formats (ads, reels, interviews, tutorials, etc.)
• Develop and maintain video production workflow & quality standards
• Assign tasks and ensure timely delivery of content
• Work closely with the Creative Director / Marketing team to align creative requirements
• Maintain production equipment and manage resources efficiently
• Conduct team training, performance reviews & creative feedback sessions
• Troubleshoot production challenges & improve team performance
• Stay updated with industry trends and bring fresh ideas

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on

  video editing experience

  (Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci Resolve)
• Strong knowledge of

  lighting setups, camera operations & cinematography

• Understanding of sound, color correction, transitions & visual storytelling

• Experience in managing and leading a creative team

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & manage multiple projects

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Creative mindset with attention to detail

Bonus Skills (Preferred)

• Motion Graphics / After Effects / Animation knowledge
• Photography & graphic design understanding
• Experience working in studio setups or agency environments
