Role Overview

We are hiring a Video Journalist (Fresher) to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about storytelling, media, and journalism, who want to start their career by creating impactful digital video content. You’ll research, script, present, and collaborate with editors to produce stories for our YouTube and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and pitch story ideas relevant to technology, business, and digital trends.
• Script and present news-style or feature-style videos with a clear, engaging narrative.
• Conduct interviews (remote or in-person) with industry experts, professionals, or clients.
• Collaborate with the video editing and marketing teams to produce high-quality content.
• Stay updated on trending topics to produce timely and engaging stories.
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and professionalism in video reports.

Required Skills

• Fresher or entry-level candidate with an interest in journalism, media, or storytelling.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi (any additional language is a plus).
• Confidence in speaking on-camera with clear articulation.
• Good research and writing ability.
• Basic understanding of digital content and social media platforms.

Nice to Have

• Academic background in Mass Communication, Journalism, or Media Studies.
• Experience with college media clubs, public speaking, debates, or social media content.
