Become the Face of Real Estate in Lucknow!We are looking for a dynamic Video Influencer to join our team. You will be the creative force behind our social media presence, using short-form video to showcase properties, demystify the home-buying process, and put Pledge Realty on the digital map. This is your chance to shape how Lucknow sees real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

Plan, shoot (Reels, Shorts videos) for our Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other platforms.·

On-Camera Host:

Exploring new projects like Rishita Developers, Ganpati Capital Court, Kamini Enclave,etc, highlighting neighborhood amenities in places like Sushant Golf City, Gomti Nagar, Gomti Nagar Extention, and sharing real estate tips for the Lucknow market.·

Trendspotting:

Stay on top of the latest social media trends, audio, and challenges, and adapt them creatively for the real estate niche.·

Community Engagement:

Actively engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and collaborating with followers and local creators.·

Strategy & Analysis:

Work with our marketing team to develop a content calendar and use performance metrics to grow our audience and generate leads.

Requirements:

· You have a natural, confident, and energetic on-camera personality.· Excellent communication skills. · Must have own transportation for travel to different locations across Lucknow.· You are a Lucknow local who knows the city inside and out – from the bustling streets of Hazratganj to the peaceful suburbs.· You are a creative thinker, full of ideas on how to make real estate content fun and interesting.· You are a self-starter, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.· Have basic knowledge of the Lucknow real estate market.
