Key Responsibility Areas (KRA)

  • Production quality:

    Deliver polished, engaging videos that align with Zurich Graphics’ brand standards and client briefs.
  • Timely delivery:

    Complete editing projects on schedule while accommodating feedback from directors and clients.
  • Multi‑platform adaptation:

    Produce versions of each video that are optimised for social media, websites and presentations.
  • Asset management:

    Organise and maintain video assets, project files and backups for easy retrieval and collaboration.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with creative directors, producers and clients to ensure final outputs meet campaign objectives.


The Video Editor will assemble raw footage into compelling stories and deliver high‑quality video content for Zurich Graphics and its clients. This onsite role in Vadodara requires technical proficiency and a creative eye for detail.

  • Edit raw video footage into cohesive narratives using professional software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro and After Effects.
  • Apply colour grading, transitions, graphics and sound design to enhance the final product and maintain a consistent look and feel.
  • Adapt long‑form videos into short clips, reels and teasers tailored for different platforms.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to brainstorm storyboards and ensure alignment with campaign goals and brand guidelines.
  • Receive feedback from directors and clients and implement revisions efficiently without sacrificing quality.
  • Manage media storage by following naming conventions, organising project files and maintaining backups.
  • Stay informed about editing techniques and digital video trends to continually improve the quality of output.



Skills and Requirements

  • Proficiency with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro and After Effects.
  • Understanding of cinematography, pacing and storytelling to create engaging narratives.
  • Knowledge of audio mixing, colour correction and motion graphics.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Creativity, attention to detail and a willingness to experiment with new techniques and formats.
