We are a growing D2C wellness brand and we’re looking for a creative powerhouse who can turn ideas into scroll-stopping, conversion-driving ad creatives.

Role Overview

Performance Creative Designer

Key Responsibilities

1. Video Editing & Ad Creative Production

• Edit engaging short-form videos for Meta ads and other social platforms.
• Incorporate hooks, captions, and text overlays to maximise attention and conversions.
• Work with UGC content, product shoots, and brand videos.

2. Graphic & Visual Design

• Design static and animated ad creatives aligned with Gutbasket’s brand style.
• Select fonts, colors, and layouts to maintain consistency and aesthetic appeal.
• Create thumbnails, packaging visuals, and other brand materials as needed.

3. Creative Strategy Collaboration

• Work closely with the marketing team to develop ad concepts and storyboards.
• Apply social media trends to creative execution while keeping them on-brand.
• Optimize creatives based on performance feedback.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in video editing & graphic design, preferably in D2C/e-commerce.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout.
• Proficiency in

  Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci Resolve

  and design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
• Experience creating ad creatives for Meta or other paid social platforms.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround times.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Skills in After Effects or motion graphics.
• Experience with stop-motion, product animation, or cinemagraphs.
• Knowledge of e-commerce creative testing and performance analytics.
