Creative Marketing Executive

You will be joining Gutbasket, India's leading fermentation and gut health brand, as a Creative Marketing Manager. Your role will involve thinking strategically and executing marketing campaigns to help Gutbasket connect with its audience effectively. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing ad creative and campaigns for various platforms like Meta and Google by scripting new ideas and spotting trends for creating brand-appropriate content hooks. You will also collaborate with UGC creators and video editors to produce engaging ads. - Enhancing brand experience and customer delight by planning and designing packaging inserts, thank-you notes, and product guides. You will work on improving the post-purchase journey to boost repeat orders and brand loyalty. - Coordinating with the creative team and vendors by hiring and managing freelance designers, working with UGC agencies for content delivery, and ensuring brand consistency and timelines with video editors. The ideal candidate for this role should have 2-4 years of experience in marketing, brand communication, or creative strategy, preferably in D2C, FMCG, or wellness industries. Strong copywriting, storytelling, and understanding of ad creatives and social media trends are essential. Experience in working with freelance talent or agencies, along with excellent communication and project management skills, is required. Bonus points if you have prior experience in scripting short-form videos or ad campaigns, knowledge of tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite, and an interest in food, health, or wellness.
