Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled *Video Editor + Videographer* who can handle the full content creation process — from *shooting videos, guiding the team on proper shooting techniques, to **editing and graphic design. The role focuses on creating high-quality short-form content* for *training, webinars, and social media marketing.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Video Shooting & On-Site Support

* Take full responsibility for shooting live content (training sessions, webinars, reels).

* Guide and teach the team about *camera angles, lighting, and basic shooting techniques*.

* Set up and operate cameras, lighting, and sound equipment as required.

* Ensure smooth recording of both *offline shoots and online webinar sessions*.

* Capture relevant visuals for social media – speaker close-ups, cutaways, testimonials, etc.

Video Editing for Social Media

* Edit raw footage into polished and engaging social media content.

* Add text overlays, transitions, background music, and subtitles.

* Break down long-form content into *Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn clips.

* Ensure the final output aligns with the brand tone and training message.

Graphic Design & Visual Branding

* Design *thumbnails, title cards, social media creatives, and promo visuals* as needed.

* Support the team with *basic graphic design tasks* related to training content.

* Maintain consistency in fonts, color schemes, and visual branding across platforms.

Team Collaboration & Content Planning

* Coordinate with trainers, content writers, and social media team.

* Suggest visual ideas to enhance engagement and visibility.

* Maintain proper backup, file organization, and content storage.

Requirements:

* Experience in video shooting (must know framing, lighting, camera setup).

* Strong video editing skills using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.

* Basic to intermediate skills in *graphic design tools* like Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, etc.

* Ability to teach and support the team in handling basic video setup and equipment.

* Comfortable working independently and managing content delivery timelines.

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

* Tamil-speaking for easier team communication.

* Basic experience in recording *Zoom or webinar sessions* is a plus.

* Interest in business or training content is appreciated, but not required.
