Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Video Editor & Videographer/Photographer who can handle

end-to-end video production for our Offline Centers' YouTube channel. The role involves daily recording of lectures, student interactions, and events, ensuring professional-quality output, followed by editing to create engaging, optimized videos. The ideal candidate must be strong in both technical expertise and creative storytelling, helping scale the channel through visually appealing and high-performing content.

Key Responsibilities

Videography & Photography

• Record

  daily classroom sessions, events, teacher interactions, and student testimonials

  at Offline Centers.

• Capture

  high-quality photos

  for social media, YouTube thumbnails, and marketing material.

• Ensure proper use of

  lighting, framing, and camera angles

  for professional output.

• Manage

  shoot setup

  (cameras, tripods, microphones, lighting equipment).

Video Editing & Post-Production

• Edit videos for

  YouTube-ready output

  (lectures, shorts, promotional clips, vlogs).

• Add

  branding elements, intro/outro, subtitles, and graphics

  as per brand guidelines.

• Optimize videos for

  different formats

  (long-form, Shorts, Reels).

• Ensure

  fast turnaround time

  for daily content publishing.

Channel & Content Support

• Work closely with the

  Growth Manager

  to align with the daily content calendar.

• Suggest

  creative video concepts

  to improve engagement.

• Ensure all media content is

  backed up and organized

  for future use.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Performance will be measured on technical output & content delivery:

• Recording Consistency:

  Minimum

  5–7 videos recorded daily

  (lectures/events/shorts).

• Editing Output:

  Deliver

  minimum 150–180 edited videos per month

  with proper branding.

• Photography Standards:

  Provide

  minimum 25+ usable photos per week

  (Community post , events, students, thumbnails).

• Turnaround Time:

  Deliver raw footage

  within the same day

  and edited videos

  within 24–48 hrs

  .

• Quality Standards:

• Maintain

  1080p/4K resolution

  with proper color grading.

• Ensure

  clear audio quality

  with minimal noise.

• Achieve

  80%+ approval rate

  (videos accepted without rework).

• Engagement Impact:

  Edited videos should contribute to

  X% higher CTR

  through

  better thumbnails & visual storytelling

  .

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Film, Media, Design, or related field.

• 2–5 years of experience as Video Editor / Videographer (education/YouTube industry preferred).

• Proficiency in editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects (basic motion graphics).

• Strong technical knowledge of DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.

• Ability to work on-ground daily at Offline Centers with flexible timings.

• Strong eye for visual storytelling, framing, and branding.
