We’re looking for a Video Editor who can bring creative storytelling and technical excellence together to produce high-quality, impactful content that inspires millions of learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit raw footage into compelling, polished videos for campaigns, social media, product launches, and brand communication.
• Enhance storytelling through visuals, pacing, sound, and effects while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with content creators, marketers, designers, and producers to conceptualize video formats and narratives.
• Provide input on storyboarding, scripting, and shot selection.
• Experiment with new editing styles, formats, and trends to keep content engaging.
• Manage color grading, motion graphics, sound design, and visual effects.
• Optimize videos for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, OTT, and ad platforms.
• Maintain high technical standards, ensuring smooth exports and quick turnarounds.
• Mentor junior editors and freelancers, providing constructive feedback.
• Establish best practices, workflows, and efficient editing pipelines.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Keep file structures organized and ensure proper archiving of video assets.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on timelines, revisions, and final outputs.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 1+ year of professional video editing experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and related tools.
• Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and rhythm.
• Skilled in motion graphics, animation, and color correction.
• Experience across diverse video formats — ads, explainers, reels, documentaries, long-form content, etc.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Leadership or mentorship experience is a plus.
