We’re looking for a highly organized Video Production Coordinator to manage end-to-end production operations for content shoots with architects, designers, and brands. The role ensures smooth coordination, timely delivery, and organized data flow across the production cycle.

Process-driven, communicative, and detail-oriented with 2–5 years of experience in video or production coordination. Familiarity with Google Drive, Notion, or Trello and a basic understanding of video workflows are essential.
