Video Editor located in Noida

Video Editor

Responsibilities

• Execute rapid editing and assembly of short-form vertical videos (Reels, Shorts, and video ads) from raw footage to final deliverable.
• Proficiently implement key editing elements: jump cuts, trending text overlays, color correction, and sound design/music syncing.
• Ensure all videos adhere to specific platform requirements, maximizing hook rate and viewer retention in the first 3-5 seconds.
• Collaborate with creative teams to incorporate motion graphics, basic VFX, and branding elements accurately.
• Manage project files and raw footage efficiently, ensuring rapid turnaround times for daily and weekly content needs.

Required Skills & Experience

• Demonstrated proficiency in professional video editing software:

  Adobe Premiere Pro

  (or Final Cut Pro).
• A strong portfolio/reel showcasing expertise in

  short-form, vertical video editing

  and pacing.
• Expert knowledge of

  current social media video trends

  , popular sound effects, and music integration.
• Acute attention to detail and a proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Basic experience with

  Adobe After Effects

  for simple motion graphics is highly desirable.
• Experience of 2+ years

Qualifications

• Video Production and Video Editing skills
• Experience in Video Color Grading
• Motion Graphics and Graphics skills
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro)
• Strong attention to detail and creative thinking
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Experience in the digital media industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communications, or related field
