We’re looking for a talented and driven Video Editor to join our creative team at Syncwync. The ideal candidate should be passionate about visual storytelling, with a sharp eye for trends and an ability to craft content that resonates with audiences across platforms. You will primarily be working on high-performing brand reels, UGC-style edits, and social-first video content for our D2C and startup clients.
Edit engaging brand reels, UGC-style videos, and motion content for social media platforms
Collaborate closely with creative strategists, designers, and content creators
Maintain consistency with brand aesthetics while innovating with trending formats
Manage post-production workflow including color correction, sound design, and transitions
Deliver edits with quick turnaround while ensuring top-notch quality
Stay up to date with digital content trends, formats, and platform requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in social-first video editing
Strong portfolio showcasing brand reels and UGC content
Expertise in editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar
Ability to work under tight deadlines with a creative mindset
Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
Good communication and time management skills
Experience in shooting/editing influencer content
Understanding of ad formats and performance-based edits
Work with a high-performing creative team
Hands-on exposure to exciting D2C and lifestyle brands
Creative freedom and a fast-paced work environment
