Job Title: Instructional Course Designer (Video Editor)

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and motivated E-learning Designer to join our learning and development team which supports both the US and India offices. As an E-learning Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing digital learning content that is engaging, user friendly, and aligned with instructional goals. You’ll collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), instructional designers, and multimedia specialists to bring learning experiences to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and publish interactive e-learning modules using tools such as Camtasia, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar.
• Convert instructional content into visually appealing and learner-friendly digital assets used to train employees in the USA, India, Honduras, and other global offices
• Integrate multimedia elements including graphics, AI voiceovers, animations, and videos into courses
• Ensure e-learning content is accessible, responsive, and SCORM compliant
• Support QA testing and iteration of courses based on feedback
• Collaborate closely with SMEs and instructional designers to understand learning objectives and audience needs
• Maintain version control and documentation for all learning content.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design / Educational Technology / Multimedia Design, or a related field
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in e-learning design and development (internships/freelance work count!)
• Working knowledge of at least one e-learning authoring tool (Articulate Storyline, Camtasia Adobe suite.)
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint or Google Slides for visual content planning
• A good design eye with attention to layout, readability, and user experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with video/audio editing tools (Camtasia, Audacity, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.)
• Experience with Artificial Intelligence tools (ChatGPT, Claude AI, Pictory, Zebracat, etc)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
