Role & responsibilities

1. Video Editing & Post Production

• Edit high-quality videos using Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Add motion graphics, transitions, and visual effects using Adobe After Effects.
• Maintain brand consistency and storytelling flow across all videos.

2. Motion Graphics & Animation

• Create compelling intros, lower thirds, and animated assets.
• Use After Effects for kinetic typography, explainer animations, and transitions.

3. Content Repurposing & Optimization

• Adapt long-form content into short-form videos for social media platforms (Reels, Shorts, etc.).
• Optimize videos for multiple formats (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

4. Collaboration & Asset Management

• Coordinate with the creative, marketing, and content teams to understand video briefs and goals.
• Manage project timelines and maintain organized file structures

5. Audio & Visual Enhancement

• Sync audio, enhance sound quality, and balance levels.
• Perform basic color correction, grading, and lighting fixes.

6. Continuous Improvement

• Stay updated with latest video trends, editing techniques, and software tools.
• Suggest creative ideas to improve viewer engagement and visual impact.

• Good communication, confident & enthusiastic.
• Good with MS - Office.
• Ability to work independently.
