About the Role:

Spixels Media is looking for a passionate and detail-driven Video Editor who can turn raw footage into scroll-stopping content. From brand videos, podcast edits and social media reels to UGC-style videos — you’ll be the storyteller behind every frame. If editing, pacing, and aesthetics excite you, and you love experimenting with new trends and formats, you’ll fit right in!

Responsibilities:

• Edit and deliver high-quality reels, brand videos, and promotional content for multiple brands.
• Work with the creative and social teams to understand project objectives and bring ideas to life, and create 2D graphic-based videos.
• Ensure each video aligns with the brand’s tone, style, and campaign goals.
• Add music, sound effects, text animations, and transitions to enhance storytelling.
• Stay updated with social media trends, editing styles, and popular transitions.
• Manage raw footage, organize files, and maintain version control for all edits.
• Adapt content for various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Collaborate closely with the team during shoots for input on framing, shots, and edit planning.
• Deliver edits on time while maintaining a keen eye for detail and pacing.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in video editing (agency or brand experience preferred).
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.
• Good sense of music selection, storytelling, and rhythm.
• Understanding of social media formats, aspect ratios, and trends.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to handle feedback constructively and iterate quickly.
• Knowledge of color grading and sound mixing.
• Familiarity with UGC and influencer-style video content.

• Experience in motion graphics or basic animation.
