About the Role

super-fast, high-impact Video Editor

6 to 8 high-quality reels per day

Key Responsibilities

Edit 6–8 reels per day for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other digital platforms
Create scroll-stopping short-form content with smooth transitions, modern effects, cinematic cuts, and a strong audio-visual sync
Apply advanced effects, animations, and motion to enhance storytelling
Maintain brand consistency across clients and internal projects
Stay up to date with social media trends, formats, transitions, audio syncing, and effects
Manage quick turnarounds without compromising creative quality

Required Skills

Proficiency in
Adobe Premiere Pro
and
After Effects
is a must
Alternatively, if you’re a pro in
FCP
,
DaVinci Resolve
, or
Filmora
and can deliver exceptional output—we’re open
Deep understanding of reel formats, pacing, social-first storytelling, and text overlays
Strong command of music syncing, rhythm cuts, and trending effects
Strong creative quotient with a pulse on pop culture and viral formats

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in a high-paced editing role (agency or creator-focused setup preferred)
A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating
fast, trendy, and impactful reel editing
is mandatory

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Location: On-site at Phoenix Branding, Bangalore
