Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce

  2-3 high-quality YouTube videos per week

  , depending on project requirements.
• Edit both

  long-form videos

  and

  YouTube Shorts

  with focus on storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement.
• Add relevant

  B-rolls, stock footage, text animations, and transitions

  to enhance viewer experience.
• Collaborate with the creative lead to understand video objectives and target audience.
• Ensure

  brand consistency, tone, and messaging

  across all edits.
• Implement

  captions, lower thirds, and visual cues

  to improve clarity and engagement.
• Stay updated with

  YouTube trends, viral formats, and retention techniques.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in

  Adobe Premiere Pro

  (After Effects is a plus).
• Basic knowledge of

  Photoshop

  for simple thumbnail or visual adjustments.
• Understanding of

  video pacing, storytelling, and attention retention strategies.

• Awareness of

  YouTube editing styles, trending formats, and viral hooks.

• Strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail.
• Ability to

  meet deadlines

  and handle multiple projects efficiently.
• A portfolio or sample work showcasing your

  video editing skills

  (YouTube, Reels, or Shorts preferred).
