Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Edit high-quality videos for property listings, brand campaigns, social media, and digital ads.
• Create professional

  motion graphics, animations, transitions, and visual effects

  using After Effects.
• Develop engaging intros, outros, reels, shorts, and promotional videos.
• Enhance videos with sound design, color correction, visual effects, and typography animation.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to execute campaign concepts.
• Maintain brand consistency across all video and motion content.
• Optimize videos for multiple platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Ads).
• Stay updated with modern motion design trends and video styles.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of professional experience

  in video editing and motion graphics.

• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe After Effects

  (mandatory).
• Strong command of

  Adobe Premiere Pro

  , Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Proven experience in motion graphics, kinetic typography, and animation.
• Strong understanding of timing, pacing, transitions, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to conceptualize ideas and execute them independently.
• Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating advanced motion graphics and editing skills.
• Real estate, luxury, or corporate branding experience is a strong advantage.
