About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Video Editor & Motion Graphics Artist with a strong creative mindset and the ability to craft high-performing gameplay and in-app ads. The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, quick to learn, and highly self-disciplined, with a passion for storytelling through visuals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit high-quality videos for ads, social media, and digital campaigns

• Create compelling motion graphics and animations

• Craft gameplay ads optimized for engagement and retention

• Work with video content, UI elements, text animations, and sound design

• Translate creative briefs into visually impactful content

• Experiment with new styles, trends, and formats

• Ensure timely delivery with high creative standards

• Collaborate with marketing and design teams

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–4 years of professional experience in video editing and motion graphics

• Up to 5 years of experience for exceptional candidates

• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop

• Experience creating gameplay or performance ads

• Strong sense of timing, pacing, and visual hierarchy

• High self-discipline and independent problem-solving skills

Good to Have:

• Experience with gaming or mobile app creatives

• Knowledge of ad platforms (Meta, Google, Unity)

• Basic sound design and VFX knowledge

• Experience in fast-paced production environments
