Requirements

Minimum
6 months of video editing experience
(internships / freelance / personal projects count).
Basic to intermediate knowledge of
Adobe Premiere Pro
and
After Effects

Good English communication skills

A portfolio or sample work showcasing
video editing and basic motion graphics

Willingness to learn, take feedback, and improve continuously.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with a creative team.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality output.
Basic understanding of
colour correction and grading.

Responsibilities

Video Editing:
Edit raw footage into engaging, high-quality videos aligned with Kell Salon’s brand style.
Motion Graphics:
Create simple yet effective motion graphics and effects using After Effects.
Storytelling:
Assist in shaping stories through proper pacing, sequencing, and visual flow.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to execute content ideas.
Quality Control:
Ensure clean edits with accurate timing, smooth transitions, and visual consistency.
