koy is an inclusive, premium lingerie brand built for modern Indian women who refuse to compromise on comfort or style. We’re building from scratch — and we’re looking for passionate interns who want to be part of a brand launch story from day zero.

Prerequisites:

• Students or recent graduates from

  NIFT / top-tier design, communication, or media colleges

• 2-month paid internship (with full-time offer based on performance)

• Hybrid setup

  – mix of remote + in-person work from Gurugram
• Must be

  available for immediate start

• Work directly with the

  Co-founder

  , gaining exposure to early-stage brand building

You’ll Work On:

• Editing

  social-first video content

  — Reels, founder stories, and product teasers
• Creating

  snackable brand videos

  that reflect brand’s tone and aesthetic
• Assisting in

  shoot planning

  – from moodboards to on-ground execution
• Repurposing long-form content into

  short-form storytelling formats

• Collaborating with the social media & design team to maintain a

  consistent visual language

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Has hands-on experience with

  Reels, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Lightroom etc

• Understands

  storytelling, transitions, and trend adaptation

  for Instagram
• Has a sharp eye for

  aesthetics, pacing, and detail

• Is proactive, self-driven, and thrives in fast-moving, early-stage environments
