Key Responsibilities

Edit high-impact, trend-based videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social media platforms that stop the scroll in 3 seconds or less.
Bring creative ideas to the table — suggest trending audio, viral formats, new concepts, and storytelling styles before everyone else jumps on them.
Edit with speed, precision, and creativity — smooth transitions, syncs, color grading, text animations, sound design — everything that makes content feel premium.
Transform raw event footage, podcasts, and lifestyle clips into highly engaging and share-worthy edits.
Keep an eye on social trends and viral content daily — and come up with ideas to shoot trending content.
Adapt edits based on feedback quickly and efficiently without losing the creative spark.
Maintain consistency in editing style while experimenting with fresh looks, transitions, and storytelling methods.
Work from the office 4 days a week (for brainstorming, shoots, and collaborative edits) and the rest remotely.
Take ownership of every video — from idea to execution to final export.
