Key Responsibilities

Video Editing & Post-Production

• Edit raw footage into high-quality videos for social media, advertisements, and marketing campaigns.
• Add transitions, effects, animations, and text overlays to enhance content.
• Perform color correction, audio editing, and video stabilization.
• Optimize videos for different social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).

Content Creation & Strategy

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging video concepts.
• Repurpose long-form videos into short-form clips for reels, shorts, and ads.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand identity and marketing objectives.

File Management & Organization

• Maintain a well-organized library of video assets and raw footage.
• Ensure proper backups and version control of all files.

Innovation & Trend Analysis

• Stay updated with the latest video editing trends and social media formats.
• Experiment with new video styles, effects, and transitions to increase engagement.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education:

Experience:

Technical Skills:

Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve

motion graphics & animation

Audacity or Adobe Audition

color grading, transitions, and special effects

Creative & Analytical Skills:

✅ Strong storytelling and visual composition skills.

✅ Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects efficiently.

✅ Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and design.

Additional Requirements:

✅ Basic knowledge of video compression, formats, and export settings.

✅ Knowledge of DSLR/mirrorless cameras is a plus.

✅ Self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team.
