Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Junior Editor position based in Dwarka. The Junior Editor will assist in editing and proofreading content for various platforms, ensuring high-quality and error-free outputs. Responsibilities include reviewing and refining content, ensuring consistency in tone and style, collaborating with content creators, adhering to deadlines, and maintaining content clarity and engagement. The Junior Editor will also support the content team in implementing creative strategies and improving the overall delivery of materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and proofread

  text and video content

  for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
• Assist in

  video editing

  : cutting, transitions, color correction, sound sync, and basic motion graphics.
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure a cohesive

  style and tone

  .
• Format content for

  digital platforms and multimedia delivery

  .
• Support the content team in

  creative strategies

  to enhance learning materials.
• Meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong

  video editing skills

  with experience in:

• Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro

• Basic

  motion graphics and color grading

• Proven

  editing and proofreading expertise

  for text content.
• Knowledge of grammar, style guides, and content structure.
• Familiarity with

  digital tools

  (MS Office, Google Docs, Canva, LMS platforms).
• Excellent

  organization, time management, and teamwork

  skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in

  English, Journalism, Communications, or related field

  preferred.
