Video Editor

We’re looking for a creative, fast-paced Video Editor who lives and breathes short-form content. You’ll craft thumb-stopping videos that capture attention, tell powerful stories, and elevate brands across social media. If you’re passionate about editing trends, transitions, and creating viral-worthy moments — this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Edit and produce high-quality short-form videos for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
• Transform raw footage into compelling stories through creative cuts, transitions, effects, and motion design.
• Collaborate closely with creative, design, and marketing teams to bring campaigns to life.
• Integrate music, sound effects, and voiceovers to heighten emotion and viewer engagement.
• Ensure brand tone, voice, and style remain consistent across all content.
• Optimize videos for different formats, resolutions, and platforms.
• Work on both organic and paid campaigns, aligning each video with marketing objectives.
• Stay on top of the latest trends, editing techniques, and meme culture to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Deliver top-quality edits under tight deadlines while maintaining creativity and attention to detail.
• Maintain an organized library of media assets for efficient reuse and future projects.

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a Video Editor, ideally within a creative agency or digital marketing team.
• A strong portfolio of short-form work (Reels, Shorts, or branded content).
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar.
• Deep understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms, and engagement strategies.
• Strong sense of timing, rhythm, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to tailor editing style to match different brand voices and campaign goals.
• Bonus: skills in colour grading, sound mixing, or motion graphics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with scripted shoots, behind-the-scenes edits, or product showcases is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
