About the Role: GuiNet Technologies is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor who can produce engaging and high-quality videos for YouTube, online training platforms, and social media. The ideal candidate should be skilled in editing long-form videos, short reels, and designing professional thumbnails that attract clicks and build audience engagement. Responsibilities: Edit long training/educational videos with smooth transitions, captions, and effects. Create short-form reels and highlight clips optimized for social platforms. Design professional, eye-catching thumbnails that drive clicks. Add background music, sound effects, motion graphics, and text overlays. Work closely with trainers and marketing teams to align videos with brand style. Stay updated with trending video formats and editing techniques. Requirements: Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. Experience with graphic tools (Photoshop/Canva/Illustrator) for thumbnails. Prior experience in editing YouTube videos, reels, or corporate content. Strong storytelling, creativity, and attention to detail. Ability to work under deadlines and deliver high-quality output. Portfolio or links to past work are mandatory. Good to Have: Motion graphics/animation skills. Knowledge of color grading and sound design. Understanding of YouTube SEO and social media engagement strategies.
