Part-Time Video & Graphic Editor – Political Campaign Location: Vasai–Virar (Hybrid – Work from home + 2 office visits per week) Work Hours: 2–4 hours per day (flexible timing) Type: Part-Time / Contract About the Role We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video & Photoshop Editor to join our political campaign team. The ideal candidate will help produce engaging campaign videos, posters, and digital content for social media and local promotion. You’ll work closely with the campaign team to turn ideas into visually impactful stories that connect with people. Key Responsibilities Edit campaign videos, interviews, and speeches using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve / CapCut Design posters, banners, flyers, and social media creatives using Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva Add subtitles, background music, transitions, and visual effects to enhance message clarity Repurpose existing content into short Reels, YouTube Shorts, and WhatsApp-shareable clips Maintain brand consistency across all visuals, fonts, and colors Collaborate with campaign strategists for creative direction and timely delivery Occasionally visit the office (2 days per week) for meetings, content shoots, and coordination Skills & Requirements Proven experience in video editing and graphic design (portfolio or sample work required) Strong understanding of social media trends, reels, and political communication tone Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Knowledge of Marathi and Hindi preferred (for text and voice edits) Basic knowledge of camera operation or shoot assistance will be a plus Tools You Should Know Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva Google Drive, WhatsApp, and social platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook) Compensation Competitive part-time payment (monthly / project-based as per experience)
