Role Description

Location: Indore (On-site)

Experience: Minimum 2 years

We are hiring a highly creative Video Editor & Graphic Designer to join IRCAD India. This is a full-time in-house role focused on building impactful visuals and engaging videos for our training programs, events, and promotions.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of proven experience in video editing and graphic design.

A portfolio demonstrating creative, unique, and high-quality work.

Passion for storytelling and creativity across digital media.

Must be able to work exclusively on IRCAD India’s projects as an in-house designer & editor.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design:

Deliver innovative and creative graphics – basic or template-style designs will not be considered.

Create social media posts, brochures, banners, flex, standees, website graphics, promotional designs, and festive creatives.

Ensure all designs align with IRCAD’s premium brand standards.

Design promotional and marketing collaterals for digital and print campaigns.

Work closely with the marketing team to deliver high-quality designs within deadlines.

Video Editing:

Produce engaging, fresh, and non-repetitive video formats.

Edit reels, highlight videos, testimonials, ads, welcome videos, and faculty/course introductions.

Work on green screen recordings and produce professional educational videos for YouTube.

Add motion graphics, animations, subtitles, effects, and music to enhance video impact.

Manage video shooting coordination when required (basic knowledge of camera handling is a plus).

Tools & Skills Required

Graphic Tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, Figma, and other modern design platforms.

Video Tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro (or equivalent), motion graphics tools.

AI Knowledge: Basic understanding of AI-based tools for voiceovers, AI video generation, and AI graphic design.

Strong creative mindset, with the ability to bring new ideas and experiment with formats.

Knowledge of printing standards.
