• Edit short-form and long-form video content for social media (Instagram Reels, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Leverage AI-based tools (e.g., for editing, captions, repurposing, automation) to speed up workflows and enhance output.
• Understand audience behavior and optimize videos for watch time, engagement, and shareability.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to brainstorm and execute creative campaign ideas.
• Repurpose existing content into multiple formats and aspect ratios.
• Stay updated on platform-specific trends, formats, and best practices.
• Maintain consistency with GrabOn’s brand voice and storytelling style.

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Design, or relevant field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–3 years of professional experience in

  video editing for social media

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar editing tools.
• Experience using AI video tools (e.g., Descript, Runway, Google VEO 3, ChatGPT(Sora), etc.) to enhance productivity.
• Strong understanding of pacing, hooks, and visual storytelling tailored for digital audiences.
• Ability to deliver high-quality edits under tight deadlines.

• Familiarity with AI-driven content generation, motion graphics, and automation workflows.
• Knowledge of platform algorithms and how video editing impacts engagement.
• Experience with sound design, captions, and dynamic subtitles.
• Ability to think from a
