We are a fast-growing audio-series platform offering compelling and immersive audio content. Our platform features audio-series which are more than 100 hrs. long, and we run large-scale ad campaigns on Facebook, TikTok & YouTube to drive app installs. We are looking for a talented, promo/ content writer for our performance marketing video content who can play a key role in developing and optimizing ad scripts that resonate with our target audience.

Position Overview:

You will work closely with our business marketing teams to continuously iterate and optimize your creative efforts based on performance metrics, ensuring high user retention, and click through rates and a low CPI (Cost per Install).

Required skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience with AI-based video creation tools (Kling, Runway, Pika, Minimax, Vidu).
• Strong data analysis skills for optimizing video content.
• Native proficiency in German and working proficiency in English.
• Ability to create attention-grabbing, engaging video ads.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with digital-first brands, broadcast networks, or entertainment platforms.
• Social media marketing certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Edit and produce long-form (30-40 minutes) and short-form (up to 2 minutes) video ads for Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Use image and video editing software (Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Leverage AI-enabled video creation tools (Kling, Runway, Pika, Minimax).
• Collaborate with writers to develop ad scripts aligned with campaign objectives.
• Work with business marketing teams to optimize creative efforts based on performance metrics.
• Analyze performance data to improve engagement, user retention, and CTR.
• Optimize video content for maximum reach and low CPI (Cost per Install).
