Video Editor

We are looking for a FEMALE creative and detail-oriented Video Editor with strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects to join our content team. The ideal candidate should have experience editing short-form videos (Reels, Shorts) and long-form podcasts for YouTube, with a keen eye for visual storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement. You will play a vital role in transforming raw footage into compelling visual content that aligns with our brand identity and captivates our digital audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit high-quality short-form videos (YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, etc.) with trending effects, sound design, and engaging pacing.
• Edit and assemble long-form podcast episodes for YouTube, including audio syncing, trimming, and light color grading.
• Add motion graphics, lower thirds, titles, and animated elements using After Effects as needed.
• Optimize videos for each platform’s best practices and trends.
• Maintain consistency with brand tone, visual identity, and creative direction.
• Stay updated on the latest video trends and editing techniques.
• Organize and archive video assets and project files properly.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a video editor with a strong portfolio of short-form and podcast content (preferably for YouTube).
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects is a must.
• Familiarity with audio editing and cleanup (Adobe Audition or equivalent is a plus).
• Understanding of YouTube and social media video formats, storytelling techniques, and audience engagement.
• Good sense of timing, rhythm, and visual composition.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with motion design or animated explainers.
• Background in working with influencers or YouTube creators is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of color grading and sound mixing.
